The outdoor area is really suitable for kids and families. slides were very good. Lots to do for the kids!

the pool had gritty stones though the staff was friendly.

faulty air conditioning faulty balcony door

The water park was a definite highlight for the kids.

The AIR conditioning in the room didn't work, a MAJOR problem during the hot days. The balcony door was also faulty . The glass had separated from the metal frame. I found it annoying THAT THERE WAS no complimentary bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival, especially after a late check-in.

i found the facilities to be excellent with various activities provided for kids, i see a waterpark with slides and crazy golf. the staff was friendly, melisa, pati, and karina were cute. the hotel maintained a spotlessly clean environment, and the room had a perfect size for my family.

i enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it has very good options for everyone. the snack bar near the pool area had god fast food choices. the restaurant had various selections and were very good.

i found the receptionist was cordial and helpful, especially martina. cesar, iraida, felix, and nati were fantastic entertainers and good with children. all staff members were friendly and cute, especially melisa, pati, and karina.

i loved that the hotel had a short walk distance to the beach, shopping street, and supermarket. the hotel is ideal for families with children of all ages, with the water park. it is close to bars and cafes.

i see that there were many sun loungers in the pool area. the pools were great, both indoor and outdoor. there was a sauna and a bubblepool too. i enjoyed the activities the hotel offered for adults, like shooting with airguns.

missing wall piece poor room condition

the location was acceptable as it was near the beach.

the rooms were not properly maintained. a piece of the wall above the door was missing. cables were sticking out so the rooms was in poor technical condition.

I totally appreciate the water slides. They keep the kids entertained for hours! the multiple pools are awesome too. There is always a spot available. the staff work so hard. i noticed the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. i found that the proximity to the beach and local shops worked well for my family, offering convenience!

The elevators are quite small. Sometimes, there is a wait during peak hours, but that's ok.

the staff seems really friendly and helpful with all requests. i saw the restaurant staff ensure everyone got what they wanted. the reception staff assist with late-night requests, quickly providing extra pillows.
